Conference Elders Training

All pastors and elders are encouraged to attend one of three Elders Training events, February 22 at the Holden Convention Center in Gladstone, March 1 at Bend Adventist Church, or March 8 at Roseburg Adventist Church. Each event will be held from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Together we will dive into the practical skills that make ministry effective, navigating hard conversations, understanding interpersonal dynamics, managing conflict with grace, and building relationships that truly matter.
